Recruitment Scam Advisory

We’ve observed a recent increase in recruitment scams and aim to provide you with information to safeguard yourself while navigating your job search with Heavy Iron. The primary scam entails unauthorized third parties posing as representatives of Heavy Iron, targeting potential candidates with fraudulent job opportunities and false offers in an attempt to extract money or acquire personal and financial information. These deceptive solicitations often arrive through personal emails or various third-party platforms, including LinkedIn or messaging apps.

Please be careful and keep the following in mind with our recruitment process:

  1. At no point in our recruitment process will we request money or ask for financial information. Scammers frequently seek money transfers for Visa processing fees or travel expenses, along with personal details such as passport information, social security numbers, or credit card and bank account details.

  2. We want to assure you that we will never utilize personal email accounts, including those with @gmail, to contact candidates. Additionally, we do NOT conduct interviews or screening processes for candidates through messenger or text-based chat.

  3. All Heavy Iron communication and employment offers will only come from an official email address using one of the following domain names:
